Hello, I'm Cezars. I'm a professional mentor, business development strategist, and former naval officer with a background in leadership, training, international collaboration, and innovation.
I have over ten years of practical experience in training and developing teams, collaborating with diverse professionals, contributing to European projects, and connecting ideas, people, and resources to create opportunities.
What I enjoy most is helping people recognize the value of what they already know and can do, often in ways they haven't considered before. I draw on the Hero’s Journey as a framework for personal and professional transformation, alongside PICKS to identifying strengths and opportunities.
How a lesson works
Each lesson is adapted to your goals and stage of development. A typical session includes:
1. Understanding your situation: We discuss your current circumstances, experience, challenges and objectives.
2. Exploring possibilities: We identify relevant skills, resources and potential opportunities using practical tools and guided questions.
3. Developing an approach: We work on a specific challenge, whether it is improving your career prospects, developing a freelance offer or exploring a business idea.
4. Defining your next steps: You leave with a clearer direction and realistic actions to take before our next session.
Depending on your needs, we can work on individual challenges or follow a structured learning journey, from understanding your current position to testing a business opportunity.
What makes my lessons different?
My background combines naval leadership, professional training, business development, international collaboration and innovation projects. Having worked across different sectors and cultures, I bring a broad perspective to understanding how skills, experience and knowledge can create value in different contexts.
I am not here to sell you a guaranteed business formula or tell you what your purpose should be. My role is to help you ask better questions, recognize possibilities you may have overlooked, and make informed decisions through practical exploration.
The objective is to help you identify three potential revenue opportunities, assess their relevance to your strengths and circumstances, and choose one to explore further. Depending on your goals, we can also work on redesigning your professional role or business around your capabilities.
