A Little About Me

Hi! I’m Maria! I’ve lived in England for most of my life and graduated with a degree in Nutrition and Health, which I studied in English.

I love video games, films, shopping, and spending time with my friends. I’m also a big fan of karaoke, even though my singing skills might tell a different story!

I want to teach English because I enjoy connecting with people and helping them become more confident. Having lived and studied in an English-speaking environment, I know how valuable it is to communicate naturally in English. My goal is to create a relaxed, friendly atmosphere where you can learn, make mistakes without fear, and enjoy the process while working towards your goals!

With a C1 level of English, years of experience living in an English-speaking environment, and an academic background in English-language education, I know that learning a language is about much more than getting every sentence right. It’s about understanding how people really speak, finding your own voice, and feeling comfortable enough to join the conversation.

My goal is simple: to help you get to the point where you stop translating everything in your head and start thinking, speaking, and expressing yourself in English more naturally.
