As a technical trainer, I ensure my mathematical steps of teaching involve breaking down complex concepts into small, understandable units. This makes it easier for my students to study and remember every concept without straining too much. I also strive to engage learners, make them dominate the class with question,s because without engaging learners as a trainer ,it becomes difficult to know which student needs my attention more than the rest. However, I give my utmost attention to all learners to ensure that no one is left behind and that I never rush a certain concept. My primary goal is not to complete the task at hand alone, but to also ensure that my learner understood all the concepts as well.
